Box Office Policies
Youtheatre is proud to partner with the Artstix Community Box Office for all shows & fundraising events.

Our ticket policies are as follows:
1.
All sales are final and there are no refunds - Refunds are only given in the event we cancel a performance and are unable to reschedule said performance.
2.
All tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
3.
We are unable to hold tickets without full payment.
4.
A $2.00 Cancellation/Exchange Fee will be charged for each ticket cancelled and/or exchanged.
5.
Ticket Exchanges may only be done for another performance of the same show.
6.
Each patron must present a ticket for admission regardless of age.
7.
Patrons must present ticket stub for re-entry. Please have ticket stub at all times.
8.
Coupons or special offers are limited to one ticket only.
9.
Only one discount allowed per ticket.
10.
All presentations and dates are subject to change.
11.
In the event of an unavoidable change, Fort Wayne Youtheatre reserves the right to present a subsititute show, artist,
date, or venue.
12.
In the event of a change, reserved tickets will be automatically applied to the replacement production in the
same season.
13.
Children under two years of age, unless otherwise noted, are not permitted to attend Fort Wayne Youtheatre shows.
Each patron regardless of age is required to purchase their own seat.
14.
Ticket vouchers may be redeemed in person at the ArtsTix Community Box Office and surrendered at time of purchase
or by calling (260) 422-4226. Please note, if redeeming via phone we cannot guarantee the sale without seeing the
physical voucher.
15.
We cannot honor expired/past show vouchers.
