Youtheatre kicks off Spooky Season with a story you can really sink your teeth into! The classic vampire tale begins when young attorney Jonathan Harker travels to the Transylvania castle of the mysterious Count Dracula, unwittingly opening the door to an ancient evil that soon spreads all the way to London.  his faithful, fast-moving adaptation tells the story of Dracula’s timeless obsession with the lovely Mina, battle with the vampire hunter Van Helsing, and ultimate demise. Step into the shadows, if you dare, and witness the legend of the world’s most infamous vampire in this up-close and intimately creepy experience.

Tickets are available online via the ArtsTix Box Office or by calling 260-422-4226.

Suitability Suggestions

Suitability suggestions provide details about play content and are available for each of the season's productions. At Youtheatre, we respect that each family and school group is unique, so please read carefully to determine what is appropriate for you and your group.

Runtime: Approximately 60-70 minutes, with no intermission

Age Recommendation: 4th Grade and up

Material/Themes: This adaptation was written specifically for youth performers/audiences and is therefore less “adult;” but does contain all the eeriness, neck-biting and stake-driving one would expect from the Dracula story.
