Fort Wayne Youtheatre's Everyone Plays a Part program is made possible with support from Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne. Thank you for investing in our youth!
**Save 20% with Early Registration through July 31st!**
Grades: K-5 (using your Fall 2025 grade level)
Location: Fort Wayne Youtheatre (RKF Studios) with a performance at Carroll High School
Instructors: Alyssa Plisco, Chris Rasor, and Heather Closson
Every child deserves a chance to shine. Youtheatre's new Everyone Plays a Part program ensures that every registered child will have a role in a musical or theatrical production! It’s designed to create a supportive, welcoming space for all participants, especially those who may have felt left out in the past or faced anxiety around traditional auditions.
The best part? Everyone Plays a Part culminates in a performance of Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka KIDS -- highlighting every participant on stage!
Weekly sessions will occur on Saturdays from Sept. 6th - Nov. 1st from 2:30-4:30 PM. Everyone Plays a Part does not interfere with other Academy offerings, making it possible for youth to participate in both!
Sept. 6th: Welcome to the Show!
Sept. 13th: Anxiety-Free "Auditions"
Sept. 20th: Rehearsal
Sept. 27th: Rehearsal
Oct. 4th: Rehearsal
Oct. 11th: Rehearsal
Oct. 18th: Rehearsal
Oct. 25th: Dress Rehearsal
Nov. 1st: Dress Rehearsal and Performance! (Performance in the evening.)
Due to the nature of this program, no more than two absences may be accommodated -- while no absences is strongly preferred. Building a production is a team effort -- and every member of the team being present is essential! **Absolutely no absences are allowed on Oct. 25th or Nov. 1st.**
