Private Voice Lessons | Fall Semester 2022

Grades 3rd-12th | 30-minute lessons

Wednesdays: 4:00-6:00pm | 15 Weeks | Aug 24 - Nov 16

Thursdays: 4:00-6:30pm | 15 Weeks | Aug 25 - Nov 17

Mandatory Voice End of Semester Workshop: Sunday, Nov. 20th @ 2pm

$25 per 30-minute lesson | $350 for Semester | Billed Monthly

(Deposit of $75 for 1st month's lessons & resource fee required at registration to hold spot).

Instructor: Alyssa Plisco

During a weekly 30 minute lesson, private voice students will learn vocal technique through various exercises including breathing, vocal placement, and building a repertoire of songs for auditions and performances.

**Single audition or performance prep sessions may also be booked based on teaching artist availability. Submit a request to find out more. All requests please email admin@fortwayneyoutheatre.org with name, contact info and a minimum of 3 availability options. (Must be made at least 2 weeks in advanced).

When registering, if you have any specific styles or music you would like to work on, please make note of it in the additional comments section. This will allow our voice instructor an opportunity to prepare any additional materials that may be needed/wanted.

*If you're a first-time voice student with Ms. Plisco, a short video of your student singing a song of their choice needs to be sent to alyssa@fortwayneyoutheatre.org. THIS IS NOT AN AUDITION! But rather, a great resource for Ms. Plisco to better prepare for the student's lessons and needs. (Having trouble with what to sing? We love a Disney song!)

1-Time Semester Resource Fee: $25

This fee covers any overhead costs for the semester including songbooks, individual sheet music, printing expenses, student folders, etc. 

Please note this is a 15-week commitment. You will be responsible for payment for all scheduled lessons unless the Instructor has to cancel due to illness etc. If this happens, Ms. Plisco will try to schedule a make-up lesson.

PAYMENT:

Once enrolled we will invoice you at the beginning of every month for 4-5 weeks at a time. 

*If paying by Credit Card a nominal fee will be charged. 

*If paying by check - make them out to "Fort Wayne Youtheatre"
